Inflatable Rules

No Shoes - No Food, Drinks, Candy, Gum - No Sharp Items - No Face Paint, Glitter, Silly String, Confetti - No Wrestling, Flipping, Climbing, Flipping - Age Limit and Capacity Enforced - Adult Supervision Required

Non-refundable Deposit and Payment

​Per standard booking protocol, we do require a $50 non-refundable deposit to reserve your date. This deposit is in place to cover any last-minute cancellations. Please refer to our CANCELLATION POLICY for full details.

Upon payment of your booking deposit, you will receive an email with your invoice. Your rental balance can be paid online through the secure payment tab located on the invoice or upon delivery via Cash-Ap. Your rental balance must be paid in full at least 72 hours before the scheduled date of your event.

Booking with Bitty Bounce CLT means you understand, acknowledge and agree with our Rental Agreement and Policies, read them HERE.

Weather Policy

If Bitty Bounce CLT receives notice of your cancellation at least 24 hours prior to delivery due to inclement weather, we will gladly reschedule your event up to a full calendar year from your initial rental date. We cannot refund your initial deposit, but we can refund your remaining balance if you choose not to reschedule. This 24-hour policy only applies to weather related circumstances; our 72 hour policy stands for any other cancellations. Please keep in mind that all deposits are non-refundable, so it is important that you reschedule in a timely manner for the option to reschedule. If we deliver, set up, and it then rains, there will be no raincheck, refund, or discount.

Bitty Bounce CLT reserves the right to make cancellations as necessary due to inclement weather such as precipitation, high winds (20 mph or higher) or other acts of nature or other dangerous circumstances. Bitty Bounce CLT reserves the right to cancel any reservation that may jeopardize safety.
